What is the difference between a "reversion" and a "rephasal" in Coast Guard Basic Training?

A "reversion" in Coast Guard Basic Training is when a Coast Guard recruit gets sent back in training for DISCIPLINARY problems such as sleeping on watch, cheating, performance trackers, unsanitary habits, etc. But a "rephasal" is when a Coast Guard recruit is held back in training for medical issues, academic failures and non-disciplinary issues.
